Design/Consultation

Our in house Design/Consultation service allows us to take time to meet with our clients to discuss their project and turn it into a design. We recommend that most projects go through our design process. The design is incredibly helpful to both our client and to us to ensure that both parties are in understanding of one another. When operating as a Design-Build contractor it gives us the ability to have a more detail oriented relationship with our clients which in turn allows us to deliver a more effective and cost-conscious project.  Most of our architectural designs are able to be applied as credits to a project if the project contract is signed with Setter Construction. We offer both floor plan layout and 3D rendering of projects for before and after views of the project. We also offer engineered design and repair plans when needed or required.
