During the building process, we will handle everything from turning in the permit all the way to turning over the keys to our clients. As a Design-Build Contractor, we will work directly alongside our clients during the building of their project to ensure that the best results are achieved. We offer standard garage/pole barn packages to give our clients some options on storage solutions, we do also offer custom storage solutions. All homes built through Setter Construction are 100% designed and built to suit.
